Sun Dress 101

I love pairing a bunch of nudes and earth tone colors together. Like I’ve stated before, I don’t like to be too match-y but I love to stay around the same color palette. This outfit is definitely for going out to an event or a day party that could possibly turn into night.

Tip: You never really want to pair bright accessories with nudes. It can look tacky and all over the place.

There’s nothing like a cute little black dress to accentuate your figure and bring out those curves. Another reason why I love little dresses is because I get to show my long legs which is why I paired this outfit with these knee high sandals. Also, there is nothing wrong with a pop of color in an outfit as long as it’s an accessory. I’m most likely wearing this to go out with my girls.

Tip: If you have short legs and have issues elongating them, try lace up high heels. The laces help accentuate them and make them appear longer.

It’s pretty obvious that I love to wear black with a pop of color. Let’s be honest, black is safe and it’s easy to pair with. The purple flower details is this artsy is dress is what made me pair it with a purple faced Rolex and purple stud diamond earrings. I thought that this dress was perfect for a chunky block heel. I also added some leather, hence the backpack and bracelet. I see myself hanging out with my friends on Melrose Ave or Soho in this outfit.
